Firoz Shroff

President and CEO

 

Firoz Shroff is the Firm’s founder. He has 35 years of global experience wearing many hats that of a Businessman, Entrepreneur, Dealmaker, Valufacturer, Social Entrepreneur and Wealth Originator. Mr. Firoz has administered multi-billion dollar transactions covering infrastructure, systems and applications to an operational process level and has actively been involved in the setting up and implementation strategies. Hands on experience include synectic and creative application to M&A, Corporate Structuring, Capital Market Arbitrage and Financial Derivatives. During his career, worked and consulted for a number of organizations with major branding recognition.

 

After running several growing businesses and balancing this with periods of consultancy work, Firoz now concentrates on development based consultancy often working with CEO’s to help them look at what is required of the business and of them to make a significant impact on results. He is actively involved in the work of professional, cultural and charitable organizations. Mr. Shroff dedicates part of his time and talent to promote the Social Entrepreneurship cause. He also assist social and business sectors to become self-sustaining entities through collaboration of non-profit and profit together through his Social Wealth Originating and Valufacturing Model. His style suits a wide range of people and when working with groups and teams he aims to involve everyone and makes sure that people are firmly focused on positive outcomes. The main thrust of his work has been in facilitating people through times of change, to reflect on their current business and to consider how best to respond to the changing environment.  Biographical information by honor of invitation led to notable mention in world-renowned publications such as Who's Who in America, Who's is Who in Finance and Industry, Who's Who in the World and The Men of Achievement and Honor List and many others. He has an Honorary Appointment to Board of Directors Research at The American Biographical Institute. He has affiliations with various international social and business organizations and has traveled to all continents of the world. He was founding member and first nominated Vice President of United Nations Association of Pakistan, a position which he resigned due to his permanently stationed in Canada.

 

Israil A. Menai

Chairman Emeritus

Israil A. Menai is an experienced legal consultant with highly developed communication and facilitation skills. His practical approach and informal style is backed up by a wide range of industrial and commercial experience and a thorough knowledge of theory. Administered and handled transactions for clients in substantial nine figures and advices to clients to find amicable solutions rather than adopt a litigation route. He is Chairman of Legal and Corporate Affairs Board, Chairman Investors and Shareholders Committee, Member International Investment Advisory Board, Finance, Audit and Investment Due Diligence Committees of various client companies. Received Masters in Law and International Affairs Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Harvard University, U.S.A. in 1954 and has attended courses of International Organization, American, Russian and Near Eastern Diplomacy, International Trade and Monetary Theories, International Law held at Peace Palace, The Hague, and Holland under the auspices of International Court of Justice.

 

James Wm Clement

Director USA and Canada

 

He is an attorney and serial entrepreneur.  Following his graduation from the University of California – Hastings College of Law in 1982 with his Juris Doctorate, he practiced international business and real estate law in Hawaii for a private law firm.  He later attended the Graduate Tax Program at the New York University School of Law, where he received his Master in Laws (Taxation) in 1986.  He served as Tax Manager in the International Services Office of Arthur Young & Company in NYC from 1985 until 1988, when he left to pursue entrepreneurial activities on a full-time basis.  He has been a manager, officer, and director in numerous companies across a broad range of business sectors, including real estate, financial services, hospitality, manufacturing, and energy.  He holds a Series 7 and 66 licenses from the N.A.S.D. and is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist from the College of Financial Planning. 

 

Aagyaa Singhni

Ms. Singhni has studied, worked and lived on five continents and speaks four languages – English, Italian, Spanish and French.  She has more than thirty-five years of international business experience in a wide range of enterprises, which includes agriculture, health services, telecommunications, manufacturing, and grass-roots development.  She has held executive positions in private corporations in Argentina, Canada, France, the U.S.A. and the Middle East, as well as with the governments of Peru and Bolivia.   Her background encompasses sales and marketing, research and development, administration, logistics, operations, and human relations.  Having operated her own successful international food commodities business, she has integral knowledge in the fields of agro-industry, food technology, manufacturing and packaging, transportation, as well as global retail, industrial and institutional markets.  She has served on the board of directors of for-profit corporations in North and South America, as well as not-for-profit organizations. Today in the arena of Social Evolution, and on the platform Social Entrepreneurship, Ms. Singhni is committed to the improvement of the human condition through sustainable economic development, working toward the expansion of social consciousness, the empowerment of women, education of the masses, and the obliteration of poverty. She is a strict vegetarian, and has volunteered much of her time to teaching and mentoring youth and women around the world

 

Khurrum Shroff

Khurram Shroff is a dynamic individual with about a decade of marketing, international relations, human resources and technology experience. He is a certified Real Estate Consultant by the State of Indiana, advice technology developers, providers and users on the development, use and commercialization of technology and intellectual property. He graduated with Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) in marketing from the University of Indianapolis, Indiana USA, Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the John Vianney Institute, Germany, attended several professional courses at the University of Pennsylvania (UPENN), Georgia State University (GSU), Dalton College, IBA and PIM Institute.

Mr. Khurrum has been involved as Director with eMag solutions, an IT company based out of Atlanta, Georgia, with Prudential Avery & Associates. He has consulted with the Kuwait Government, Pakistan Government and the Dubai Education Ministry on Business Issues. Worked for the United Nations and maintains membership with various social and professional clubs. At present coordinates the Sasi Wealth Origination Consulting Services globally leading to incessant travel around the world.

Saeed Y. Chinoy

Mr. Saeed Chinoy belongs to one of the most prominent business, professional, political and philanthropic families. He has played an active role in incubating various philanthropic, social and commercial entities internally and with external intermediaries. He has 35 years of business experience and been involved in collective transactions in excess of US 2 billion during his business career. Presently contributes time, resources and relationship as social entrepreneur of various organizations. He has hands on experience in complete business cycles from idea to implementation. He achieved his Bachelors and Masters Degree from Cambridge University.

Chinoy has played many roles such as Advisor, Board member, Senior Vice President, General Manager, Consultant, Partner, Idea Sponsor in the SAARC and Middle East region, including Xenel Industries Group of Companies of Saudi Arabia, Saudi Services and Operating Co. SSOC Saudi Arabia, Gerad S.A (Geneva) in Saudi Arabia, Enterprise Technology Development Plc of Wiltshire England, Zain Consulting, Saudi Gulf Intertrade, and Saudi Bulk Transport Ltd. to name a few. Major achievement in 1980 was negotiating the 1st contract of US $550 million for the operation and maintenance of Dhahran International Airport and King Abdul Aziz Airbase in Saudi Arabia.  Past and present memberships with various social and professional clubs globally include Association of Cambridge University, The Pitt Club, The Cambridge University Polo Club and The Union Society Cambridge University and many more. He is a great sportsman and been awarded a blue for playing Polo for Cambridge University.

Abbas Shroff comes from third generation of business, mercantile trading and entrepreneurial background. Professional background includes long-term strategic planning, turn around management and interim COO and President Capabilities. Specializing in Operations, Taxation Real Estate Finance, Construction, Treasury and Capital Market Functions with 25 years of professional and practical experience in various fronts of business from management, marketing, corporate affairs, widely- read and traveled. In his career managed more than 2.5 million square feet of construction involving commercial, retail offices, residential both mid and high-rise level. He has been very successful in turning around various enterprises, groups and companies from a near bankruptcy level to a dynamic business entity. He is very effective in enabling teams and individuals, at every level in an organization, to identify and accept the need for a significant shift in shared vision and to design and develop new ways of working to which teams show extraordinary commitment. Maintains life member of various social and professional clubs globally; Publishers and Bookseller Association, Association of Builders and Developers etc.
