SWOCS plans to offer its services as
comprehensive package to clients globally through banks, insurance
companies, professional firms and financial institut ions.
As part of
our global growth expansion strategy we plan to negotiate with
public listed companies in Canada, US, UK, Australia and New Zealand
to create subsidiaries to inject SWOCS services, provide instant
seven figure fee income and than spin-off through secondary offering
underwriting to obtain full listing and trading status on various
stock exchanges. i.e. TSE, NASDAQ, LSE, ASX and NZSE.
The market
place has space for SWOCS services and recognizes the intrinsic
value of this one window turnkey complete package, global wealth
origination program for companies in every country. Mr. Shroff
experience, insight to business philosophy and know-how establishes
that SWOCS platform will be the answer to increase economic stimulus
between companies from different countries to increase cross border
wealth with mutuality of interest.
The new mode
of export in 21st century is knowledge resource and intellectual
capital. The important factor and element to understand is that, in
the new economy, aid's to countries is not the answer but creation

to expand its services globally by franchising its process. It will
expand in each country by franchising the system with strategic
partnerships. The franchise system will generate for Partners new
fee income, revenue and deposit base. Mr. Shroff’s business
philosophy of spending several years on planning and fine tuning the
concept has achieved global response. He is now implementing to
